1. Send an email to kristen@spiritualgangster.net and write “wholesale”
in the subject line.
In the body of the email, please include:
* Your Name
* The Name of the Company/Business
* Address (street, city, state, and zip)
* Phone Number
* Email Address
* How you heard about us
* How long your company has been open, if you currently carry any other merchandise, and if so, what you do carry.
* Any other info or message that you would like for us to have.
2. What do you need from me to place a wholesale order?
To place a wholesale order with Spiritual Gangster we simply need your bill to and ship to address, payment information, and your tax id (resale number). At this time, Spiritual Gangster is only accepting credit card for payment.
3.What is your minimum dollar amount for an order?
Spiritual Gangster's minimum initial wholesale order is $150. There are no minimums for reorders.
4.How long does it take to process and ship and order?
All orders take up to three weeks to be processed and shipped. Depending on stock, you may receive your items prior to this time.
5. Can I get a refund or an exchange?
Spiritual Gangster will accept exchanges only for an account credit that can be used for future orders. If upon receipt of a Spiritual Gangster shipment, you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer care immediately and we will send a replacement. Spiritual Gangster needs to be informed of any errors in ten business days, so we encourage you to examine all orders the day you obtain them.
